4.3 Currency

• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 10jill Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 10jill or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 10jill.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10jill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

10jill's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 10jill's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10jill reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, if the Player has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if 10jill is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 10jill customer support. Any genuine balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigations or holds.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
